Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the SellWards website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. SellWards is a software business operated by Muhammad Ali in Pakistan.

2. Description of the service

SellWards is an ecommerce growth intelligence and analytics platform that is currently in development. Integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Meta Ads are planned. Features may change, and some described features may not yet be available.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and be using SellWards for business purposes.

4. Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any credentials secure. You represent that you are authorized to connect any third-party account (such as a store or advertising account) that you connect to SellWards.

5. Third-party services

SellWards works with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. Availability and data from third-party platforms are outside our control.

6. Meta integration

The Meta Ads integration is read-only analytics. It does not create, edit, pause, or publish ads or change budgets. See our Privacy Policy for how Meta data is handled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to violate others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security.
• Reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.
• Connect accounts you are not authorized to use.

8. Your data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant SellWards a limited permission to process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The SellWards name, website, and software are owned by or licensed to Muhammad Ali. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Feedback

If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

12. Fees

SellWards is not yet commercially available. If fees are introduced, they will be stated before you are charged.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that analytics will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted, or that they will produce any particular business result.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SellWards and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Independence notice

SellWards is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Shopify Inc., WooCommerce/Automattic, Google, TikTok, or other third-party services unless expressly stated.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision, and continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
