This Privacy Policy explains how SellWards ("SellWards", "we", "us") handles information when you visit sellwards.com or use, or connect accounts to, our services. SellWards is a software business operated by Muhammad Ali in Pakistan. SellWards is currently in private development; some features described here are planned and not yet publicly available.

• Information you provide: such as your name, email address, and the content of messages you send us.
• Connected account information: data made available by platforms you authorize us to connect to, such as commerce and advertising analytics (see sections 5 and 6).
• Technical information: basic information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which may be recorded by our hosting provider in server logs.

We do not collect passwords for third-party platforms. Connections are made through the platform's own authorization flow.

• To provide, operate, and improve SellWards and its analytics features.

• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

5. Third-party integrations

SellWards is developing integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Meta Ads. Integrations are connected only after you authorize them. We aim to request only the permissions needed for product functionality and to use read-only access where write access is unnecessary. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

6. Meta Platform Information

This section applies to information obtained through Meta products and APIs.

• SellWards accesses Meta advertising data only after the user authorizes the connection.
• The Meta Ads integration is read-only analytics. SellWards does not create, edit, pause, or publish ads, and does not change budgets.
• Data may include advertising performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, CTR, and CPC, depending on the permissions granted and what Meta provides.
• SellWards does not sell Meta data.
• SellWards does not use Meta data for unrelated advertising or profiling.
• Meta data is used to provide analytics to the authorized user who connected the account.
• Users can disconnect SellWards through their Meta settings and can request deletion of their data (see section 12 and the Data Deletion page).

SellWards is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Shopify Inc., WooCommerce/Automattic, Google, TikTok, or other third-party services unless expressly stated.

7. Legal bases and consent

We process information based on your consent (for example, when you authorize an integration), to perform our services, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and to meet legal obligations, as applicable under the laws that apply to you.

8. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers that help us operate the service (such as hosting), under appropriate obligations.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• In connection with a business transfer, with notice where required.
• With your direction or consent.

9. Data storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page.

10. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, while your integration remains connected, or as required by law. When you disconnect an integration or request deletion, we delete or anonymize the related data as described below.

11. International transfers

SellWards is operated from Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in other countries. By using the service you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.

12. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and may disconnect integrations at any time. To make a request, email hacksan334@gmail.com. For deletion, see Data Deletion Instructions. Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required by law, security, or dispute resolution.

13. Cookies and analytics

This marketing website does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or cookies in future, we will update this policy.

14. Children's privacy

SellWards is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
